This has resulted in a rich profile expressing watermelon, strawberry, spice, and orange zest. A fantastic sip on its own, but stands up well to grilled fish or lighter meats.

Winemaking |
Our 2017 Rose is 100% Zweigelt and was farmed beside our winery in West Kelowna. We fermented this wine with wild yeast after soaking on the skins for 36 hours.
